Tiramisu Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Our take on a famed classic dessert baked basque burnt style to give off subtle hints of caramel.

We have a thin chocolate biscuit base, homemade ladyfingers soaked in Ozone Coffee Roasters espresso, surrounded by an espresso infused filling then finished with fresh whipped cream and a dusting of dark cocoa.
