Carrot Cake Baked Cheesecake

Why have cake or cheesecake when you can have both?

This delicious little number starts with a carrot cake base filled with pecans, raisins spices and of course carrot! A caramel cheesecake filling sits on top of the carrot cake and then it is topped with a buttercream icing, roasted pecans and bright edible flowers.
